ANPC SAL: Alternative Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with how HandIt resolved your dispute, Romanian law gives you the right to escalate to ANPC SAL, an out-of-court alternative dispute resolution body run by the consumer protection authority.

When can I use ANPC SAL?
After you've gone through HandIt's internal dispute resolution and are not satisfied with the outcome. ANPC SAL is free of charge and binding only if both parties accept the resolution proposed.
How do I file a complaint?
File via the official ANPC complaints portal. They will contact HandIt directly; we are required by law to cooperate fully.

About ANPC SAL
ANPC SAL is run by Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection). It applies when you have a dispute with a Romanian-based business about goods or services, and have already tried to resolve it directly with the business.
