Real money and credits are separate. Tasks and rentals are paid by card via Stripe, with automatic bank payouts. Credits are a bonus currency you earn (signup, daily login, referrals) and spend only on boosting. They can't be cashed out. New users get 50 free.

Automatically. Once a task or rental is confirmed, Stripe takes the flat 10% fee and sends the rest to your bank. Money usually lands about a week after the job is done, sometimes a day or two more, depending on your bank. You connect your bank account once, in Wallet → Payouts.

No posting fees. Helpers pay a flat 10% commission on completed tasks, buyers a 5% service fee at checkout, and lenders 10% on rental earnings. The fees are the same on every plan. Plus adds perks, it doesn't lower them.

Borrow listings are unlimited on every plan. When you send a request, your card is authorized for the rent, with a separate hold for the deposit. You're only charged once the rental completes. After a clean return, the lender is paid and the deposit released. A flat 10% fee applies to rental earnings on all plans.

Yes. You can cancel Plus from your account settings at any time. Your Plus benefits stay active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Everything you created stays: tasks, borrow listings, scheduled recurring tasks. At the end of your billing period you lose the Plus perks (monthly boost credits, the badge, skill-based recommendations), and unused boost credits expire.

No, boost credits granted with the Plus subscription are issued fresh on each renewal and do not accumulate. Use them or lose them.

How long your task stays visible to helpers in your area before it expires. Longer durations give you more time to find the right helper. Plus subscribers get more refreshes per week to keep their task at the top of the list.

Plus subscriptions and credit packs are sold on the web through Stripe. New in-app purchases on iOS and Android are currently disabled; legacy in-app subscribers keep their original price until renewal. Your subscription and credits work on every device once you're signed in.
