Paid tasks and rentals are processed in EUR by Stripe. A flat 10% commission is deducted from the helper's earnings on every completed task; a flat 10% platform fee applies to lender rental earnings on borrows. Buyers also pay a 5% service fee at checkout. There are no posting fees. Plus does not change these fees — it adds monthly boost credits, a Plus badge, recurring tasks, and priority support.

Two separate systems. Real money: paid tasks and rentals are charged in EUR by card via Stripe; helpers and lenders receive automatic Stripe Connect Express payouts to their bank. In-app credits: a closed-loop reward currency. You earn service credits as bonuses (signup, daily login, referrals, badge milestones) or buy add-on packs, and you spend them on boosting task visibility. Credits cannot be cashed out and have no monetary value outside the platform. New users start with 50 free service credits.
Automatically. Once a task or rental is confirmed, Stripe captures the payment, deducts our flat 10% platform fee, and queues a Stripe Connect Express payout to your bank account (T+2 daily, after a 7-day initial reserve from your first sale). There is no manual cashout to request — just connect your bank in Wallet → Payouts.

These fees are the same on every plan — Plus adds perks (boost credits, badge, recurring tasks, priority support), it does not lower fees.
Both Free and Plus include unlimited borrow listings. When a borrow request is accepted, the borrower's card is authorised for the rent and a separate hold is placed for the deposit. On a clean return, the rent is captured and paid out to the lender; the deposit hold is released. Plus does not change borrow fees — a flat 10% platform fee applies to lender rental earnings on every plan.
Yes. You can cancel Plus from your account settings at any time. Your Plus benefits stay active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Everything you've already created stays in place — tasks, borrow listings, scheduled recurring tasks. You'll lose Plus-only perks (the monthly boost-credit grant, the Plus badge, and skill-based recommendations) at the end of your billing period, and any unused boost credits expire when the cycle ends.
No, boost credits granted with the Plus subscription are issued fresh on each renewal and do not accumulate. Use them or lose them.
How long your task stays visible to helpers in your area before it expires. Longer durations give you more time to find the right helper. Plus subscribers get more refreshes per week to keep their task at the top of the list.
Plus subscriptions and credit packs are sold via the web through Stripe. New in-app subscription purchases on iOS and Android are currently disabled, but legacy in-app subscribers continue at their original price until renewal. Your subscription and credit balance work across all devices once you're signed in.
