What are credits?
You earn service credits by helping others and spend them when you need help. Boost credits let you promote your tasks for more visibility. All new users start with 50 free service credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your benefits will continue until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my tasks if I downgrade?
Your existing tasks remain active. However, you won't be able to create new tasks if you exceed the limit of your new plan until some are completed.
Do monthly credits roll over?
No, boost credits from subscriptions are granted fresh each month and do not accumulate. Use them or lose them!
What is task duration?
Task duration is how long your task stays visible to helpers in your area before it expires. Longer durations give you more time to find the perfect helper.
Are prices the same on web and mobile?
Web prices are lower than in-app prices because we pass on savings from not having to pay App Store/Play Store fees. Credits and subscriptions purchased on any platform work across all devices.
How does borrowing work with plans?
Each plan includes borrow listings alongside tasks. You can list items to lend or find items to borrow from neighbors. The visibility radius, listing duration, and number of active listings scale with your plan. Deposits and rental credits are held in escrow for safe exchanges. The same platform fee structure applies to borrow rental earnings — Free 10%, Plus 5%, Pro 0%. Level tiers further reduce fees.
